8 WEEK PROGRESS REPORT (May 2016) The success continues!! I am so proud to announce that Kathy has lost over 25 LBS & over 17.5 inches to date!!! (as of June 3rd) I am thoroughly amazed by this woman's dedication and willpower. She has stayed consistent in both her dietary and fitness routine, including spending a week in Disney World and LOSING 5 LBS while on vacation!! Her success is absolutely attributed to her optimism and willingness to trust the process. This has been a complete lifestyle change for my friend Kathy and I am so proud of the dedication she puts forth each week. She inspires me each and every time I see her smiling face and I hope that she continues to inspire others through her health & wellness endeavours! Congratulations again Kathy!! 12 WEEK PROGRESS REPORT (June 2016) In staying consistent with her fitness & wellness goals, Kathy continues to succeed this month!! During recent measurements, she scored another loss of 7" overall and lost another 6 pounds, equalling a grand total of 30 inches and 31 pounds in just under 4 months!!! Our first session commenced on May 21, 2016 and Kathy has remained diligent with regards to her meal plans & fitness sessions. She has committed wholeheartedly to a lifestyle of fitness & wellness and she has proven that she has the strength & determination to sustain this type of lifestyle. Please give this girl a high-five on Facebook (Kathy Kostyk-Morningstar) because she is truly deserving for a CONTINUOUS job well done!!! :):)
16 WEEK PROGRESS REPORT (July 2016) It is my pleasure to report that Kathy is progressing beautifully in her fitness & wellness journey! We've progressed to advanced level training, including TRX, crossfit, weightlifting, hiking & running just to name a few. She is now making muscular gains & still losing inches in her midsection due to her diligence with regards to following her meal plans and putting in the time & effort to prep and train each week. She has gone down several sizes in clothing since she first began her journey with me in March and continues to amaze me each and every day. I've taken her out of her comfort-zone and she's adapted with the grace & strength of a pro!! I'm eternally grateful to this woman for her faith in me as a coach & trainer, and I am so very proud to call her my friend. I'm your cheerleader all the way Kathy!! XO
JANUARY 2017...CONTINUED PROGRESS FOR KATHY!!! Kathy has remained diligent with her workout &dietary regimen since March, 2016. She continues to make health & strength gains despite the fact that she is a single mother and full-time business owner. She began her BodyTuner360 health & fitness journey with me back in March 2016, attending 1 hour sessions 3 times per week and she has continued to do so each week, arriving here straight after a full days work each time. She's made the necessary changes to her lifestyle and daily routine by ensuring her meals are prepared as per her BodyTuner360 meal plans and she's dedicated to continuing her path to greater functional strength, health and wellness. Always proud of this woman and continually amazed by her strength, perseverance and ability to overcome any obstacle thrown her way. Here's to another great year my friend!! XOXOXO
Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, sweat, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing for your body. Having the courage to start a fitness and health regimen has been a tremendous achievement for you both. Your dedication to focusing on strength, health & overall wellness as your ultimate goal is truly admirable. This beautiful girl only has 3 weeks to go and she has trained with me & her lovely tandem partner Stephanie throughout her entire pregnancy!! She came to me with great overall strength & stamina & she's not only kept up with her advanced level of training, but toned & built muscle in the process. Her fitness level & muscle tone are going to greatly benefit her both during labour & once her sweet baby girl is born!! I've ensured that her workouts are safe yet effective by implementing standard prenatal guidelines while challenging both her & Stephanie each workout. Evidence of her core strength is shown here as she contracts her abdominal muscles. As you can see, she has gained minimal but appropriate & healthy pregnancy weight while toning & strengthening absolutely everywhere else. (We joke that her baby is going to be born holding a dumbell )

UPDATE!! May 2017?.I?m proud to announce that my 2 Lovey?s are still going strong!!! They have both made such HUGE progress in their own unique ways. Both have continued to train with me twice per week as well as on their own outside of my studio. I can?t give these girls enough credit for the incredibly positive mindset that they bring to each session and for the strength & dedication that they each possess.
A huge congratulations to Rachel because she has just surpassed her ½ way mark in her pregnancy. Yes, you read right?..PREGNANCY. With a long history of health & fitness, we?ve followed the guidelines pertaining to pregnancy & exercise, and she?s kept right up with Stephanie during each workout. Rachel has lost inches and made exceptional strength gains. With her baby bump JUST beginning to show recently, she has lost pounds in overall body fat composition along with gaining a healthy amount of baby growth weight, resulting in maintaining a consistent bodyweight mass. Simply put, she is still wearing the same leggings that she wore when she first began her training sessions with me. This girl has the muscle tone and strength of a true athlete and a heart of pure gold.
Another huge congrats to our little Stephanie as she has shown substantial progress as well!! Because Rachel & Stephanie came to me as a tandem team with their primary goal being to gain strength & improve their fitness repertoire, we did not perform scheduled weigh-ins or calculate inches lost. However, it is quite obvious that Stephanie has lost a significant amount of both weight & inches overall. She has made HUGE strength gains throughout her entire anatomy, also improving her overall stamina & agility with each session. She has dropped an average of 3 pant sizes and is showing incredible definition in her overall physique. She?s stuck to her meal plan with a healthy dose of moderation here and there, and the visual results speak for themselves. This girl has the willpower and dedication of a champion and am so honoured and truly blessed to be graced by her presence each week.
Both these girls possess their own unique strengths and skills when it comes to what it takes to be successful in the gym?.and the combination of the two is highly effective. They feed off of each other?s positivity and push each other in a way that demands results. And the humour is second to none!! The 3 of us end up in stitches over the antics that emerge each session and more often than not, the time flies by way too quickly.
So please, take a minute to congratulate these 2 amazing women for their strength in health, wellness, and spirit and allow their success to become a part of your own motivation to make strides in your own health and wellness routine.

Lyss began training with me in April of 2017 and has shown considerable progress with regards to her overall strength gains. Lyss not only trains with me at my studio, but also runs every morning at 5am (or earlier!!) She has a gym membership as well and uses my training plans as guidance while she's there, using proper form and the tips and techniques that I've coached her with. Lyss has truly been an inspiration for me, as I just participated in my first mud run/obstacle course with her yesterday. (Sept. 16, 2017) She has a long history of success in running marathons and her success, determination and quiet power of humility is absolutely admirable. She is a true fitness enthusiast in making sure that she puts in the time and effort required to continually improve and strive for higher ideals, even though she is a mother of 2 small children and has a full time career outside of her home environment. She's even been known to squat her children while on vacation camping. (see photo below!! LOL :p) She is always looking for new adventures and she's always up for any sort of challenge which is characteristic of a true warrior.
My goal with Lyss has been to implement plyometrics and HIIT training to push her stamina and increase her lactic acid tolerance within her muscular system. We've also done a wide range of full body weight and strength training to improve her overall anatomical functionality and strength.
I will be so sorry to see Lyss leave me soon, as she and her family are relocating. However I am SO unbelievably proud of this girl and I know that she will do amazing things!! We have already made plans to do more races together and I am committed to assisting Lyss long distance in whichever way I possibly can. Such an honour to be able to spend time with this girl and to call her my friend. XOXO
June - September 2017 - Wendy Bilinsky
It has been a profound privilege to be allowed into the dynamics of this lovely woman's lifestyle & to be trusted with the mission of enhancing her health, happiness & wellness. This is my passion, & the gratification I receive from seeing pride shine through her face is candy for my soul.
So INCREDIBLY proud of Wendy. I'm so honoured to be a part of her post-operative (full knee replacement surgery) rehabilitation process & so inspired by her determination & courageousness despite every obstacle that's been thrown her way. I'm in awe of the physical & mental strength gains that she makes each day. Her intellectual focus & capacity to make the connection between mind & muscle is what is accelerating her entire rehabilitation process. She's thriving overall & her leg is quickly becoming stronger than ever. Building her strength by using functional strength training & focussing on each individual muscle group..isolating & strengthening each muscle through a series of stability & strategically angled resistance & weight training is resulting in a strong leg overall, including not just the knee joint itself, but in stronger tendons, ligaments and muscle fibres surrounding the joint.
This success story is a great example of the vital role that consistent movement & strength conditioning play in building full body strength in a functional capacity. Aesthetics are great, but full range of motion throughout your entire body is something that will improve your quality of life and set you up for greater longevity both physically & mentally. Injuries & setbacks CAN BE overcome. Believe in yourself. I believe in YOU!!
Looking forward to moving onto full body strength training sessions to stabilize any overcompensation her body has endured over the past several years due to her initial injury. Stay tuned for more updates on this incredible lady who, incidentally, has been compared to a Buddhist monk by her surgeon with regards to her pain tolerance!!

So happy to have this girl in my studio again!! After 2 children, she's still at it and CAAA-RUSHING IT with a baby attached to her, no less. Some sessions are just one-on-one, however I do encourage all mom's and dad's to bring their little ones for custom Mommy or Daddy & Me sessions. :):)

There are moments, people and achievements that I am constantly finding myself amazed at each day in my endeavours as a personal trainer. However, every once in a while, someone takes me by surprise and motivates me in a completely unique and magnificent way.
It was clear to me from the very beginning that this individual was a hard working, fitness-oriented, friendly human being. Her glowing skin, healthy hair, nails and physique told me that she was already doing something right as far as her health and wellness was concerned. As the months have progressed and I?ve gradually gotten to know this person, I?ve only begun to see a glimmer of how wonderful she truly is.
Donna MacLeod has the quintessential outlook on health and fitness as she embodies this lifestyle both physically and emotionally. Not only is Donna a mother and a wife, but she also balances a full-time management position and volunteers full-time at a local Arts Council. Volunteer work is such a great way to feed the soul. It?s the act of giving something and expecting nothing in return that is so freeing and nurturing both to oneself and to others. So many people will use the same excuse to avoid volunteering their time as they will for neglecting their health and fitness; ?I just don?t have the time.? If we?re true to ourselves, we make the time for what we consider important, and in Donna?s case, she?s honed in on some key factors in her life which have made her the well-rounded success that she is. Her contagious laugh and calm, humble demeanor make her immediately endearing and an absolute pleasure to spend time with.
From January ? March of 2018, Donna lost 12lbs on her already tiny frame by simply adhering to her meal plan and cutting out unnecessary snacking in some areas while implementing healthier snack and meal options into her daily dietary intake. As of April 20, 2018 she?s added another 2lbs of loss to her tally bringing her to an overall 14lb loss in less than 4 months. (Again, working with an already fit and tiny physique!)
With a history in gymnastics and dance, she carries herself with a quiet confidence and is clearly fit. One of the ways she maintains her fit physique is by practicing nightly core strength exercises through headstands, engaging her entire core by moving her legs laterally and medially while in this inverted position. This type of regimented fitness routine that she has been practicing on her own is a testament to her inner strength and level of motivation. Her strength is definitely tangible when she?s in the studio training with me. She trains hard and pushes each rep to failure, giving each session her complete and undivided focus.
In under 4 months, Donna has shown progression through evolving muscular structure workouts which continue to change with each session ensuring that the accessory muscles are consistently challenged and that she never plateaus. She?s becoming capable of increasingly complex and challenging moves. Not only have these advanced workouts ensured that her muscles keep lengthening and leaning, but the choreography has required her mind to stay focused and connected as well through unilateral movements involving balance and control. (Programming includes cardio, HIIT, weight & resistance training, plyometrics, proper breathing and stretching to lengthen and create lean muscle fibre.)
At no point has her body been on auto-pilot, and at no point have her results ever plateaued. Her customized fitness and meal program is one where the effort is commensurate with the results, and her dedication and strength has been a key aspect in helping her achieve these results.
I cannot say enough about his beautiful woman. I am deeply honoured that she has entrusted me with her health and fitness endeavours and I feel so completely lucky to know her and to be able to call her my friend. Congratulations on your continued success Donna! I am so very proud of you and amazed by you!!

SO impressed and thoroughly inspired by this guy. He?s packed on lean muscle mass within the last 2 months and improved his form across the board in all aspects of training. He pushes through his reps to failure each session & lets me drill him, but is also incredibly self-motivated. He?s a blast to coach & has me in stitches within the first 5 seconds of every session. Very proud of ALL that he does and especially honoured to call this guy my friend & be able to coach him each week. Great work JT!!
